Jessica was the best. She was there throughout - answering questions and smoothing problems. Our underwriter was actually over the top and caused a lot of grief. However because of Jessica helping everywhere she could the loan continued relatively smoothly. Because of her, I would return in a heartbeat.

Using the Veterans United app to view to-do lists, upload and sign documents, etc. has been a pleasure. The app makes it so easy to stay on track and see what needs to be completed throughout the homebuying process. the front end process was seamless, the back half after pre-approval had a few glitches but Bill and the entire team hung in there until we could close. ty

Despite having a very short deadline from beginning the loan with Veterans United and the closing date (with a major holiday being in the middle), they were able to keep to the original timeline and get me in the house successfully.
