I always felt in the loop and that the entire team were working hard throughout the entire process to keep me updated and make everything as easy as possible. Always let me know what I needed to get done on my end, let me know what they were doing on there end and always had time to answer any questions that I had. I honestly appreciate everything they did to help my family get into our home.

Our original experience with VU was exceptional. We felt the refinance started out the same way, but kind of fell off. We were originally told our loan would close in 10 days, we finally closed with only days to spare.
Communication during the refinance was not as dynamic as before. We just felt "forgtte" once the process began, maybe we just fell through the cracks.
