Not to put names out there but the 2 big names is military banking and insurance were always slow to respond and would have delayed my closing date due to their lack of review and response speed. Very glad to have worked with this company.
Burke is amazing and recommend for increase in responsibility. I have several invisible disabilities and he was patient with my stoopid questions and helped me through the process better than any lender before and this is my fifth house. In my many questions doing electronic signature he was always readily available. He was actually at my signing! Because of his presence it went extremely smooth and he gave me confidence I was protected in case I had a question. Through the to do list and understanding documents I had a lot of communication with Burke and despite him having multiple clients he was always available with the most utmost professionalism I’ve experienced from any lender.
