I would highly recommend Veterans United for one simple fact - James Browning. HE is why I give Veterans a 10. He is a very patient man, calm in demeaner. He was patient when I called and was confused and took the time to explain what I was asking about and would repeat it if necessary. He never acted like I was bothering him or annoying him. He answers his phone! I don't expect anyone to always be available but he was always quite available. 10 Stars plus!!!
Craig and Daniel were right on point during the whole process. If I had an issue or saw a potential challenge, they were already working on that issue and the whole process remained fluid. If I had a question on something, it was answered both professionally and quickly.Just them being on point and heading off any difficulties took alot off the process itself. They were always available and always kept me informed on how everything was going at each step. This allowed me to plan ahead or anticipate each portion of the process itself!HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!!!!
