I want to personally thank Mr. James Browning for his awesome and outstanding customer service involving my home loan process. His experience showing great knowledge and understanding of my loan was superb. Mr. Browning eliminated all of my stress within the home buying process. He personally addressed all of my concerns and made himself available at any given time. His team was outstanding as well. They reached out to ensure all of the documents were signed in my portal. Veterans United will always be part of my life. Again, Mr. Browning, awesome job, greatly appreciated your personal interest involving my home loan.
James went above and beyond.
James was amazing and punctual. When asked questions, he explained things thoroughly. Really enjoyed working with him.
James and Kayla did an outstanding job keeping me informed of the progress and updating me on numbers, giving me the best possible deal.
Reason for low score is simply because both my FIANCE and I, were contacted 6 times asking our marriage status.
The application for the CoE was filled out incorrectly and had to be revised. Our closing date was changed 2 times, which caused a ripple effect costing us more money than any credits we were given. Movers, cleaners, time off work, child care etc all had to be reacheduled. The closing documents were not comprehensive and transparent.
This made us feel like we were at a used car dealership.
Everyone we worked with at Veterans United was extremely friendly and checked in on us often.
Outstanding service!
James was helpful and communicated well keeping me informed with any changes that came up and he made sure I understood what was going on throughout the process.
James knows what I’m looking for and he delivers!! On the refinancing, all was neat and in order on the paperwork.. My wife and I want to thank James for all he do.
