He was patient when I called and was confused and took the time to explain what I was asking about and would repeat it if necessary. He never acted like I was bothering him or annoying him. Craig and Daniel were right on point during the whole process. If I had an issue or saw a potential challenge, they were already working on that issue and the whole process remained fluid. If I had a question on something, it was answered both professionally and quickly.Just them being on point and heading off any difficulties took alot off the process itself. They were always available and always kept me informed on how everything was going at each step.
