Walking into Veterans United and meeting Craig was one of the best decisions I ever made. He made the whole home buying experience easy and worry free. We were taken care of and all of our questions were always answered. Veterans United took the brunt of the work when it came to buying a home, while keeping us completely informed along the way. I l9ved being able to use the app to upload all my documents making everything on my end quick and easy. Craig also set us up with our Realator, who was incredible. I feel like I had the best home buying team, who really had my best interest at heart. And now we have an amazing home that our whole family loves! Craig was absolutely wonderful. He always had time for us and was extremely patient and willing to take as long as he needed to ensure both of us understood all that we needed to know fully. I really appreciate how open and honest he was about the numbers and what they meant for us, I feel as though he immersed himself in our process more than could be expected of an average loan officer. His professionalism and social skills are very noticeable and makes him an extremely effective loan officer, and we are so happy that we ended up with him!
