I have used Veterans United several times in the past. The loan officers have been great, but the underwriting was absurd and there were many delays and the closing was postponed multiple times. I was very frustrated by the experience.The fees were much higher than any other closings and the repeated scrutiny for documentation was excessive.

Theresa was wonderful and worked extremely hard. I could not wanted anyone else. The only problem I had was with the underwriters. They could have a lot better Service.Again Theresa is the best.
