If in doubt or not sure, Call Them. This was my first home purchase and did not believe anyone would be able to successfully help me buy a home at my age. They took the ball and really did the hard work for me. Just ask. You will not know unless You do.

We were pre-approved one day and found our forever home the next day. With multiple offers, we had to move fast, and closed in 30 day. Would have been quicker except for an item on appraisal was overlooked; our VU rep, James, worked fast to get what was required and we closed the next business day.
