My biggest problem was Landons communication any time I called or emailed I would have to text or email Mathew to get a response. The concierge was decent but wish we had more communication as well. I felt alone towards the end and had a lot of doubt for a bit. Mathew was amazing very helpful and prompt responses even after hours.
